Sets the field cursor to the given offset. The next call to mysqli_fetch_field() will retrieve the field definition of the column associated with that offset.
Note:
To seek to the beginning of a row, pass an offset value of zero.
result仅以过程化样式：由 mysqli_query()，mysqli_store_result() 或 mysqli_use_result()返回的结果集标识。
fieldnrThe field number. This value must be in the range from 0 to number of fields - 1.
成功时返回 TRUE， 或者在失败时返回 FALSE。
